day 3*

woke everyone up at 5:20a.m coz the highest tide is at 7a.m n we dun wanna get stuck in mud..ate breakfast, changed in tents, unpitched tents..btw no toilets so everything wash in the sea..haha~ wanna shit muz dig hole..n wanna pee muz go to the bushes..or can pee in the sea oso..lol~ super gross but heck lah..haha~ anywayz, we headed off late again..haiz..set off at 7:25a.m instead of 7..soon we were paddling in the mangrove..n we kept bumping into each others kayaks..haha~ =p rachel n i were sweepers[suppose to stay at the back to cheer ppl on n keep the grp close together] n kelvin was wif us while nat was in front..then he kept saying tht rachel n i were so dry..n kept splashing water at us..kaoz..haha~ so our kayaks got loads of water..n we tried splashing back but we suck at tht..so hardly succeeded =p n we kept screaming..lol~ but it was super fun lah =) n kelvin kept bluffing us abt the time..he kept scaring us tht the water was gonna be drained out real soon[he fast-forwarded the time to like 2hrs ahead]haha~ n he kept chanting "mud crawl, mud crawl, mud crawl" -.- but guess wat? we didn't get stuck in the mud!! yay!! =) haha~ n we're the 1st all-girl grp tht didn't get stuck lor!! muahahaahahaha~ =p n we reached like 1hr early summore *grinz* =) we were all happy like mad pigs lor..haha~

after lunch we went to the quarry, yay!! we were supposed to built a raft using barrels n pipes n ropes..but one of the barrels came out when the raft went into the water..so we didn't get to sit on it =( but it was overall a success =) coz we all worked together..loads of teamwork n stuff..n it was realli a great experience =) actualli we were onli allowed to swim in the quarry if the raft could float wif all of us on it..but nat was kind enough to let us swim, yipee!! so we played water polo wif livingstone..then kelvin started spitting water at all of us..n nat played along wif him..n we tried spitting back..lol~ but always missed =p btw the water at the quarry was supposed to be clean coz it's all rainwater..but now it's polluted wif everyone's spit..haha~ =p we had loads of fun wif nat n kelvin!! =) btw in the quarry we were like all washing ourselves..haha~ coz no toliets mah..means no bathing..so we were super dirty but heck lah =p the experience was great man!!

cooked buffet dinner wif livingstone..then washed the utensils n met nat late again =( we went to tell her tht we couldn't meet her at the allocated time..n she said nvm, juz tell me wat time u all can meet me, i dun mind..n she was like already super bored waiting liaoz..haiz..so we finally met her[without finishing the cleaning up] n we chatted again..n she told us ghost stories..n we were all screaming like crazy..lol~ =p

day 4*

met nat late again..sigh~ =( n we were the last grp to leave tht campsite..so we had to clear up n there were loads of water bottles left behind by other grps..so we had to help them carry..then we met livingstone for morning circle..n headed off to our first checkpoint with our super heavy bags[which were around 15kg+ now] we kept stopping to rest..but cheered each other on to reach the 1st checkpoint b4 11a.m..so nat allowed us to skip the 2nd checkpoint n head straight to the next campsite..yipee!! nat's so nice!! btw the 1st checkpoint was a hill which overlooked the largest quarry in ubin..it's realli realli realli beautiful..u gotta go there to see it for urself..the water is like sparkling clean..n all tht surrounds u is nature..our grp shouted across the quarry n our voices echoed back..damn cool siaz!! n we were throwing stones into the quarry n making wishes..

after tht we headed off for the next campsite..nearly died..summore i was wearing skl shoes n not track shoes[coz i din wanna get them dirty] so my feet were aching like mad..n my shoulders had been aching since dunno when..but i persevered..yupz..by singing all the songs i could think of wif jiayi n other ppl..it seriously helps lor..trust me kiez? next time u trek n u wanna give up-->dun give up..sing some songs n push urself to the limit..n when u look back at how far u've gone u'll lurve urself for not giving up..u'll be so proud of urself..so we finally reached after trekking for abt 4hrs..n livingstone had been waiting for us since they left early..we washed our ponchos, scrubbed the mass tins n pots, returned the life vests, whistles, maps n compasses to the storeroom n stuffed lunch into our mouths =p

we were late to meet nat as usual =( n we haven't cleaned up the store properly..but she din wanna make livingstone wait for us to do the flying fox..so we went to do the activity 1st..it was soooooooooo fun!! i'm luvin' it!! n i screamed my head off, lol~ =p the view from the top was totally diff from the bottom..but the flying lasted for like 3 seconds onli..but nvm lah..at least we gotta do it..coz i think we're the onli two grps tht had the chance..yupz..after we finished it started to rain..so nat asked us to run to the store 1st coz she din want us to get caught in the rain..n kelvin n her had to pack up all the ropes n stuff in the rain..we cleared up the stores n realised tht almost all our bottles were gone!![we had layed them out nicely outside the store but when we came back they were all missing!!] n so were 2 jack knifes, 1 whistle n 1 mass tin..sigh sigh =(

anywayz, we trekked back to the main building[where all the residential ppl were] in the rain..but we were so used to all the wind n rain liaoz so heck lah..then we ate dinner, pitched tents in the dark, cleaned up the stores n bathed[finally =p] n it was already 11:30p.m when we met nat..n we haven't eaten supper..so she ran down to take for us..she's super nice lor..all of us were feeling bad always making her angry--esp when she doesn't show it..then all of us sat down in a circle as usual n chatted n she told us stories..she was telling the supposedly touching story..but andrea kept laughing n spolied the atmosphere..so it turned out to be a crappy story instead..lol~ =) then we went back to our tents..i was very sad coz it was already the last night n i knew i was gonna miss nat alot..so the ppl in my tent went to find her n she taught us how to read stars even though it was so late n she was veri tired alreadi..so we wrote a lil' note to thank her..yupz..using torches..haha~ coz it was like already 1a.m..
